Bob has been a member of the House of Delegates since 1999. He represented the State Bar of Montana, was a Delegate-at-Large and a State Delegate from Montana. He served on the ABA Board of Governors and Chaired the Executive Compensation Committee of the Board. He served as a member of the Rules and Calendar and Select Committees of the House and Chaired the House Committee on Drafting Policies and Procedures. He is a past member of the Standing Committees on Bar Activities and Services and Meetings and Travel (Chair). He was President of the State Bar of Montana in 1993-1994.
