Youth at Risk

Young people are being pushed needlessly toward the adult criminal justice system. This is a tragedy we can prevent. The ABA is calling on lawyers to use their unique skills and vantage point to assist America’s most at-risk youth, including truants, runaways and foster children. Partnerships with youth organizations and court systems are helping young people before their lives tumble hopelessly off course.
