ABA House of Delegates Passes Resolution 104G to Aid Victims of Human Trafficking
The ABA House of Delegates adopts Resolution 104G, during the ABA Midyear Meeting in Dallas. The measure urges governments to enact legislation allowing victims charged with non-violent crimes that are a direct result of their being trafficked to assert an affirmative defense of being a trafficking victim.
