2012 Harper Lee Prize: Novelist Scottoline on Evolution of Fictional Lawyers
Through a comparison of Perry Mason, Atticus Finch and Michael Connelly’s Mikey Haller, best-selling crime novelist Lisa Scottoline notes the realism of today’s fictional lawyers during a panel discussion following the 2012 Harper Lee Prize for Legal Fiction Awards ceremony at the National Press Club, Sept. 20.
