ABA Revises Requirements for Pending Admission

At the 2012 ABA Annual Meeting, delegates approved Resolution 105D. The resolution, brought by the ABA Commission on Ethics 20/20, addresses the ethics and regulatory issues associated with a lawyer’s establishment of a practice in a new jurisdiction.
