ABA Recommends Shorter Admissions by Motion Process
At the 2012 ABA Annual Meeting, delegates approved Resolution 105E. The resolution, brought by the ABA Commission on Ethics 20/20, proposes that lawyers may qualify for admission by motion after three years of practice.
