ABA Passes Measure Urging U.S. Courts to Consider Foreign Privacy Laws in Civil Cases
ABA delegates debate Resolution 103 that urges U.S. courts to consider and respect, as appropriate, the data protection and privacy laws of foreign countries, with regard to data sought in discovery in civil litigation.
