Permanent members of the Higher Judicial Council participate in decisions on complaints not elected judge, checking the correctness of the decisions that they themselves have made! Requests for exemption by not elected judge it rejected, because there is no doubt the impartiality of the members of the HJC reviewed its earlier decision, which are “well-targeted …” (information can be checked by a request for access to information of public importance).
The court in Strasbourg found that the right to a fair trial is violation in the case which judge was participate in reviewing decisions althought it made in the previous stage.
Do the reforms of the judiciary in line with EU standards?
