American Bar Association Responds to Common Cause Letter Regarding Judicial Code of Conduct

WASHINGTON, D.C., July 20, 2011 – American Bar Association President Stephen N. Zack has responded to Common Cause President and CEO Bob Edgar regarding his letter of July 6 urging the ABA to issue a public statement concerning whether certain U.S. Supreme Court justices have engaged in activities in violation of the judicial code of conduct.
