This is a good reminder to all of us to stop just talking about justice and do something about it. Tribe is right about us and about the courts. From the lawyer's point of view it requires action to protect the funding of state courts. We spend too much time complaining about judges and not enough time supporting funding of the judiciary. For lawyers who have been appointed or elected judges, you need to make justice less expensive (that is often the same as "less complicated"). Cases cost too much because of complex, tedious procedures that often accommodate the judge and the staff at the expense of a citizen who can not find a lawyer.
