President Zack Statement Re: Unrest in Egypt
The American Bar Association (ABA) has a longstanding commitment to advancing human rights and promoting the rule of law around the world. In this regard, the ABA unequivocally believes that adherence to the rule of law and respect for human rights is critical in order to achieve a constructive resolution that promotes and safeguards the rights of the Egyptian people. The ABA therefore urges all parties involved in the current situation in Egypt to exercise restraint and good faith during this challenging period.
