Dr. Anna Fels, a renowned psychiatrist and author of Necessary Dreams:  Ambition in Women’s Changing Lives, discussed her research on the drivers of ambition–mastery and recognition–and the powerful social, cultural, and psychological factors that impact women’s ambition and their pursuit of power during “Women and Power:  Getting Ambitious About Ambition,” a  program presented by the ABA Commission on Women in the Profession.
