Supports Effort to Enhance Judiciary’s Case Management System
RESOLVED, That the American Bar Association supports the ongoing efforts by the Administrative Office of the United States Courts to update and enhance the functionality of the Federal Judiciary’s Case Management/Electronic Case File system, to continue to meet the case filing needs of judges, chambers, clerks’ offices, the bar, debtors, litigants, claimants, trustees, and other users in light of changing technology.
