Urges Congress to Amend Title 10

Resolved, That the American Bar Association urges Congress to enact legislation amending Title 10, United States Code, to permit the payment of military Survivor Benefit Plan (SBP) benefits to a special needs trust for the benefit of a disabled beneficiary.
