Representatives from Major Government Agencies to Offer Their Unique Perspectives on Immigration Issues in Employment

CHICAGO, June 2, 2010 – Representatives from the National Labor Relations Board, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Department of Homeland Security will share their unique insights on immigration issues in employment at a Tuesday “lunch and learn” panel discussion by the American Bar Association Section of Labor and Employment Law.

Topics to be explored at the program “A Discussion on the Hot Topics in Immigration in Employment from a Government Agency’s Perspective” will include I-9 compliance, e-verify, the social security no-match regulations, as well as broad policy issues.
