Rizzo, former acting general counsel for the C.I.A., spoke candidly about his career experiences and the national security law issues he faced during the American Bar Association’s Standing Committee on Law and National Security breakfast program on May 5.

Topics discussed included the Article III court debate, cyber warfare, CIA destruction of interrogation tapes and perspectives on the State Secrets Protection Act, among others.
