Had his share of PR nightmares as TJAG, hopefully he doesn’t bring it the ABA.

I hope he has better luck than his predecessor. Retired military persons come from a background considerably different from the culture one encounters in the ABA. Serving as TJAG, while prestigious, doesn’t guarantee ABA management success.

One translation for civilians: “Distinguished Service Medal with oak leaf cluster” means only that that he was awarded the DSM twice, which is pretty distinguished in itself; it’s not a different award from the DSM.
