Attorney General Holder: “Commit to be Smart on Crime”
U.S. Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. tells the ABA House of Delegates that “there is a crisis within our nation’s system for indigent defense.” Holder promotes an analytical approach to fighting crime saying, “It is time to move past politics and ideology.”
