Prosecuting Animal Cruelty Cases
At the ABA’s Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section’s Animal Law Committee conference, K. Michelle Welch of the Richmond, VA’s Assistant Attorney General’s Office talks about general legal issues relating to animal cruelty.
